how do I reach to catalog team?

Hi, I received trademark violation but my product is not at all that category. Just the product name matches the one registered in USPTO. When I click on 'Contact Us' on Account Health Page, I get an error that 'You are not authroized to view this page'. Someone mentioned that by contacting 'Catalog Team' you are able to remove infringement violations.

Can someone please provide way to reach tier 3 support or catalog team. Thanks.

  1. Try to open the link in a incognito window within your internet browser
  2. Clean cache and cookies
  3. Use a different internet browser

If you are selling an item and the item's name is a word that a company uses to identify its goods or services and to distinguish them from other companies’ goods and services, you must have a letter of authorization or a licensing agreement from the rights owner to use that word, even if that word is merely the item's name.

If you don't have a letter of authorization or a licensing agreement, you must remove the infringing word. Additionally, ensure that the name does not appear anywhere on the product detail page.
