Refund reasons/reports for non returnable product categories

Call me crazy, but are there any refund reports that show the refund reasons when you sell in a category that doesn't allow returns (ex. grocery)?

The problem is, the 'return' reports are always blank because we sell a non returnable product, but we still have a slew of refunds for missed fulfillment promise, product not as described, damaged in transit, etc. I can pull general refund reports from payments/transaction types, BUT, nothing shows refund reasons outside of the emails I get from Amazon at the time of refund.

Am I missing a report option somewhere?? Is there really no detail report for non returnable categories?

You are not missing any report options. When non-returnable items are refunded it is typically a one-off situation that customer support has approved. Our support teams are empowered to make things right for the customer in certain situations so there is no exact reason code assigned to the refund.

I realize this response does not replace the need for reason code tracking cases like this, but I wanted to at least come on here and confirm that you are not missing anything.

However, the I will be noting this case as feedback for the FBA team to consider.

Hi,

It would be convenient to have a refund report so that i can see which items returned were refunded or replaced. Currently I have to go to each refund email sent from Amazon to log my refunds into our system.
