A customer gave my product a 5 star review, I can see it when visiting that product's amazon review but when I go to my amazon seller dashboard, that rating is not showing, my rating has not increased.

According to my knowledge Product review and Seller review both are different , I can be wrong , if buyer gives our product review ,it will not reflect on customer feedback , Buyer should give seller a feedback then it will reflect .
