Is anyone else encountering issues with adding a signature requirement to UPS packages when using Buy Shipping? I just tried to create a next day air label for a relatively small package (18x12x6, 6 lbs) and Buy Shipping is showing me the following shipping rates:

Hoping this is just a transient glitch, but would be helpful to know if others are having similar issues or not..
