Easy ship weight clawback

Hello Fellow sellers,

Reaching out to seller forum/network here for seeking suggestions on if someone has got any reimbursement ever for easy ship weight handling incorrect charges. For 2 consecutive months i am getting this report for July and then August.

My July reimbursement requests after submitting all the proofs have been turned down despite raising these requests for 5 times - Final decision after liasing for 3 months that claim window has expired

Aug reimburesements requests- i already raised twice. In the first instance, they did not get the ticket and i was waiting in a hope that after 15 days they will reimburse. I had to follow-up to check on the status and eventually discovering that no ticket was raised and i have to raise a fresh request and loop of waiting for 3 weeks start again

Is someone in Amazon actually hearing/looking into sellers problems or are we left on our own?

I am actually now under mental trauma and tremendous pressure that i am not able to manage my account on this platform and evaluating on my future partnership with Amazon as a platform for selling anything.

Please help!!
