Sellers getting UPS Daily Scheduled pickup - what is your weekly rate?

For anyone that has UPS Daily Pickup with a scheduled pickup time, how much are you paying weekly?

We moved states, from Ohio to Florida. I had to create a new UPS account when we did.

I feel like the type of account I have now is very different... I get practically no access to customer support (and it's bad 3rd party support), can't talk directly to a UPS sales rep, and my weekly pickup price is doubled.

I'm shipping over $2k/month in UPS Ground packages, from a commercial warehouse, and getting charged $30/week for pickups.

It was $12/week in Ohio, from a residence, and I shipped much less.

I've spent hours trying to talk to support or get a sales rep to contact me. It's been weeks now. They still haven't addressed my issue. Very disappointed in UPS now.

For us it's cheaper to do a Smart Pickup (we have to ask each day that we need a pickup). If we use UPS to create a label, we can auto request a pickup. Otherwise it's a quick log on to the website and click request a pickup. We're paying about $8/week for this service.

A bit late of a response but we have daily UPS pickups at ~$30/week in north central Florida. Not sure why it's so much more than you got in Ohio. It's still a steal considering convenience, gas prices, and wear and tear on your own vehicles.

We ended up saving our driver's number and just texting him when we are ready for pickup or if we don't need one that day. The scheduled pickup time doesn't work for us - there are too many variations for drivers.
