Drop down to individual account so you won't be charged in the future.

Since you 'have been unable to upload my books' it indicates that you tried and that means you 'used their services'.

As a result the original $40 won't be refunded.

Hello @Seller_DxzQ1JPD2yvFB. I am following up on your request to receive a refund of your subscription fee.

@Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp provided you with good information. Have you downgraded to an individual account, and have you requested a refund for (unused) professional selling services?
