Brand registry answered case

I am trying to register my brand, I do all the steps, it remains for review by Amazon and after 6 days in the case log the case appears as answered but without an answer. Whatis this mean? I do not understand it is aproved or rejected. Please help me about this issue. I am trying to enroll my brand.

You will need a MOD to intervene and ask the Brand Registry team to close the one so you can refile.

To check the accurate status on Brand Registry application cases, please check through your Brand Registry home page -> Brand Applications -> Status.
Your case ID should show "pending" in that view and is the most accurate status.
I also checked your case ID and confirmed it is pending review. Please wait until the brand registry team reviews your application as this could take roughly 10 business days or more to complete.
