hello sellers, i also agree that there are set of buyers who do fraud deliberately. I think they have started as a business. Amazon also dont pay such attention to them despite our intimation.

Most of them are former sellers and amazon ex employees who are aware of the processes. I managed to contact one buyer through his company name and he was well aware of the whole Safe-T claim process.

I agree. I get repeated orders from some customers who deliberately give incomplete addresses and my book keeps coming back and refund is raised. When I raised a complaint in the suspicious order link, amazon says I have to ship as the customers payment has been done. I have cancelled such suspicious orders from my end and am bearing the negative effect on my account health!!!!
