Incorrectly Relabeled without Requesting to Relabel

Just need to vent with fellow Amazoners.

Sent three variations of the product, that was the first shipment for this product. My Vendor labeled everything correctly, I had an inspection with detailed photos that well documented everything to confirm that it was the correct quantities, correct labels, and labels are readable and scannable.

When receiving it, Amazon flagged that I sent incorrect variation quantities than what I indicated in the shipment plan, but I know that's not the case. Additionally, some of the customers started receiving the wrong colors and returning the product. I've created numerous cases asking Amazon, explaining the situation and requesting the bin check. You would think that they would check the bins where the problem occurred? Think twice, every time I asked, they would check bins at other locations saying it was all correct and I'm wrong and close the case. Long story short, more returns, more negative feedback, and more cases until I just had to pull all of the inventory back.

As it turns out, Amazon relabeled 69 units which were packed in see-through packaging meaning you can see the color of the product, yet it didn't bother people relabeling incorrectly and ignoring a different original label and the apparent different color that doesn't match the new label that they were attaching.

Amazon WILL NOT accept any mistakes that they did, they will not refund, nor remove negative feedback, absolutely nothing.

My question is how to avoid this in the future? Should I do different shipment plans for each of the ASINs? Is there a well-proven technique to avoid this happening again? Clearly you can't hold Amazon accountable for anything. I had to pull hundreds of units, I can only imagine the nightmare if you have thousands of units you have to pull from the inventory...

- Problem 2 - explaining everything in your point of views wishing Amazon understands you, wasting everyone's time.

- Problem 3 - expect Amazon do bins check and comes back with the result you want, again, wasting everyone's time.

Amazon NEVER told anyone best way to send to FBA is by their manufacturers drop shipping it.
