Reserved FC Processing - PLEASE HELP
Hello - One of our items has been in reserved status - FC processing for weeks. I've entered multiple cases with them going nowhere and just stating the items are being moved between fulfillment centers. We now have 0 available inventory while everything is in FC processing. Any ideas?

Same with me.
I have seen this once before. When Covid first hit, it was identical. However, wait times for FBA customers rose up to 30 days for literally every single item on Amazon which meant 0 sales unless I switched to FBM immediately.
I do not see wait times to be that long now but everything feels familiar to back then. Its obvious that this is a fourth quarter issue that Amazon does not have enough warehouse employees to meet demand and they are just saying anything to anyone that complains.
My solution is to just deal with it.
