Hi Jim, Can you help please
I applied recently and was told i cant send a computer image of my product, so i reapplied and sent in actual pictures. I now get someone else review my application and get all these other issues which aren't true. It's as if no one even looked at the application.

I provided an image with the brand name attached to the design and it wasn't computer generated

My brand is not a media brand, If they looked at my trademark they would see this. Someone has my brand name as their seller name and i have tried to have them remove the seller name from them.
The documents you provided suggest you are not the brand owner but an authorized reseller of the brand's products. Only Brand Owners can apply for Brand Registry.
I provided the trademark certificate, i am the brand owner.
