Shipment reschedule because of carrier issue
Hi amazon seller support,
Currently Amazon reschedule our pickup date from 2024-12-31 to 2024 -1 -15 because Carrier did not come to pick up yet.
Our shipment ID FBA18PQ0V83Q.
I have created a case 16951754861 to reach amazon but they suggest to cancel and create a new shipment of these 21 pallets (cost us over 1k usd for packing) and we can not do that because of the cost of relabel and also we are out of stock.
Could you help reach to reschedule within 1-2 days?
So dissappointed with the carrier fault.

To reschedule, you must contact Amazon at least 24 hours before the start of your pickup day.
Follow the steps below to submit a reschedule request:
- Go to the Contact us form and click Selling on Amazon
- Click Or, browse for your issue in the menu at bottom of the page
- Expand Fulfillment by Amazon
- Click Investigate Other FBA Issues
- Select Other FBA Issue
- Enter Amazon Shipping Rescheduling in the Describe your issue field Note: Make sure to include your FBA shipment ID and your reschedule date
- Click Continue and follow the prompts
I realize some time has past since your original post date, what was the outcome for this shipment?
