Time Necessary After Lisiting of New Product
Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone had any information on the timeline for new product listings to be visible to potential customers. We added a new product, and like most listings, it was approved on our end within a few minutes. However, the listing is not currently viewable for customers - if you go to the regular Amazon site, like a customer would, and type in the name of the product, it does not show up.
However, I can see the customer-facing listing when I go through my inventory dashboard. On the page, it says that the item is currently unavailable and that they don't know when it will be back in stock. Since we are doing FBM for now, and we have set a quantity of 100 to be available for purchase, does anyone know why Amazon is saying that it's unavailable?
