I am continuously getting order from two buyer they place order but never accept it, they place order COD, means they are just playing with seller money (shipping cost), many time product damage in transport
I have contacted amazon many time but they always said please ship your order, they never block this buyer

That gentleman is sitting in small cubicle at Amazon and orders the product from all sellers. His job is to order and forget, meanwhile Amazon measures and weighs the product during the transit. Though Amazon is supposed to reimbursed the shipping cost, the actual reimbursement may not happen.
If you want to work on Amazon, expect orders from this buyer and an another colleague sitting at a different office.
The expenses related to shipping will incur, best is to calculate and provide the same in costing.
