Amazon Not Responding to my Case. Please Help!

hi, my name is amit and i was selling on amazon 2 years back and at that point my account got suspended because of intellectual property rights issue and i was unaware of such things because in the year 2015-2015 even amazon was new in the india market and the support guys used to tell us to latch to the already created listings.
i was totally unaware of the issue will lead to suspension.
first the support guys are the sales guys tells us to latch to the pre-created listings to sell on amazon to get rid of hassle to create new listings.
then i tried everything to get the suspension revoked , but they have stop replying to cases.
its been 2 years i am not selling on amazon india but i am a good seller in other marketplace, because they understand that a new seller is novice about the online practices, so they directly stop us from latching on to different listings.
but amazon initially provokes us to latch on the listings and then get our account suspended.

though it was a huge mistake, i immediately stopped that and i apologizing all the other sellers affected and gave a plan of action accordingly and i thought they will help the new seller.
but instead i was totally stopped to sell on amazon again.

after 2 years i thought to try with amazon india again with a fresh start, but the account still says suspended.
i took their suggestion and connected with Seller Drive " amazon specialist" it seems to get my suspension revoked and its been 2 months and even they are not trying anything and even if they are writing any case, but they are not getting reply from amazon india.

all the cases to revoke suspension are getting transferred and i feel like i am stuck for no reason.

i am trying hard to get the suspension revoked, but they do not understand the plea.

not getting answers from any of the amazon representatives.
amazon support is not even responding to cases.

i wish i could connect with any amazon representative and get the issue resolved at earliest.
so that i can start selling on amazon india again.

i hope i get a reply from someone who can help me with this issue.

i genuinely want to get my business on amazon india and trying hard for it as well.

Hi,

Really sorry to hear that. Here are the few clarifications which may help you to understand what went wrong and are still there any chances to get back:

  1. Amazon do not suspend directly or in first attempt. Before suspension, you must have received policy warnings for related concerns. There might be 1 or more than 1 policy warning and the warning straight away says if you could not resolve the issue and if it continue happens then they may not let you sell on Amazon.

  2. Yes, support people tell you to add any of the offers available into you catalogue but it doesn’t mean they would especially point out what to add or what not to add. That is a seller’s thing that he/she must ensure what to add and what not to add. There are private label owners who have registered trademarks, there are existing top brands and many sellers especially the newbies , very often, indulge in selling inauthentic items of branded products due to unawareness or may be deliberately.

  3. While signing up , Amazon displays the terms and conditions and the agreement. Besides, there are lots of policies which is openly available to all sellers to check and learn what should be done and what should be avoided.

  4. In your case, If the infringements warnings are due to individual private labels, then there are chances you may get back via reinstatement. But if the items were of branded names e.g. ZARA, NIKE etc then you can never get back.

  5. Post suspension, there is a 17 days window where Amazon provides you an opportunity to address the issues and to resolve the concerns. You have to prepare there a plan of action and delete all violated listings from your catalog. If you have had replied to them then they must have sent you a reply.

  6. The best thing is simply admit your mistake in your plan of action and be sincere. Do not blame anyone that support said to list so you listed it. We are not school going kids where a teacher tells everything a student to do. You must be 18+ in age and going through policies, terms and conditions is your own responsibility. You can still prepare a plan of action and honestly tell the team that it was your mistake and you didn’t pay attention to their terms and conditions but it will only work if you were into private labels listings not on branded products. If you were selling top brands and if you had replied to them claiming that you were selling original products then they must had asked you to provide invoices and due to lack of original invoices or inauthentic invoices, they would have replied you that your reply was not satisfactorily received and they had made a decision not to allow you.

  7. If you had never created any plan of action and basically you never replied then you may request them to allow you to submit plan of action now. They may create a separate case id for this where for the next 17 days you both can communicate.

  1. One and half year ago i created an Account.But i could not operate it.But now I have decided to go ahead.But When I opened my seller account.I saw somebody had added 105 products.I have not added that .But I do not know who added it.I want to delete it.
  2. Second case is Easy shipping settings,Isaw I had to select template for each product .Where from I can get such template.Is there any demo video for that.
  3. there is no way to contact amazon personnel or even if there is,I do not know except help button where we can see all the things except the help we are looking for.
    I also hope somebody help on my case too.

  1. I simply want to know how 105 products added to my account.Is it possible to delete it.
  2. Where from I can get template for easy shipping settings.how to do it.Is there any demo video?
