I am very dissatisfied with the Amazon Brand Registry customer support I have received.

I have been following up on this issue for 48 hours, then another 48 hours, and again for yet another 48 hours, but the problem remains unresolved.

I initially raised this ticket on April 23, 2025.

You keep asking me to wait another 48 hours, but I have already waited a total of 144 hours, which has wasted my time, and the issue is still unresolved.

I have updated my listing, but the details page on Amazon has not reflected these changes yet.

Can you confirm if my issue will be resolved? Could you provide me with a definitive timeline for when the details page on Amazon will be updated? If not, should I raise another ticket while keeping this one open?

Whenever I file a complaint, I receive the same response: "We have contacted our internal team for information regarding your concern." This has been repeated multiple times.

I now feel the need to escalate my issue to a higher department within Amazon. Additionally, I plan to address this issue on social media platforms such as Twitter, X, and Facebook to express my frustration about raising multiple tickets and being asked to wait another 48 hours, only to find that my time has been wasted and the issue remains unresolved.

AMAZON FEES WRONGLY CHARGED

This is done in order where customer sent message of cancelling his order immediately after he ordered.

We have written and requested customer to cancel order on their own as we cant cancel order as its easy ship order.

Cusotmer didnt cancelled and we charged cancellation fees of Rs.8000/-

What to do?

Hello Amazon Team and Sellers,

I am a new seller on Amazon and have recently invested money in advertisements to boost my product visibility and generate orders. Thankfully, I did start receiving orders, but unfortunately, every order is getting cancelled due to issues with Easy Ship pickup service.

The pickup associate never calls or visits for the pickup, and the contact number provided is always switched off. I have raised this issue multiple times through seller support, but each time the only solution offered is a refund of cancellation charges.

This is not acceptable because:

I am losing money spent on ads for these cancelled orders.

My account health is being affected.

Orders are still pending pickup for days with no action.

No real resolution has been provided even after several complaints.

Please take this issue seriously and resolve it urgently. It’s demotivating for new sellers who are trying to grow their business sincerely.

मेरे कुछ प्रोडक्ट्स “Restricted Products Policy Violation” के कारण अमेज़न से हटा दिए गए। जब मैंने अकाउंट हेल्थ सपोर्ट से संपर्क किया, तो मुझे बुलेट पॉइंट्स और डिस्क्रिप्शन अपडेट कर प्रोडक्ट्स को दोबारा लिस्ट करने की सलाह दी गई।

निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए, पहले मैंने सामान्य इंटरफेस से और फिर फ्लैट फाइल के माध्यम से अपडेट किया, लेकिन बार-बार अड़चनों का सामना करना पड़ा। पहले बीटा वर्जन इस्तेमाल करने पर पुराने वर्जन से अपडेट करने को कहा गया, फिर 48 घंटे इंतजार करने को कहा गया। 49 घंटे बाद बताया गया कि मुझे पार्टियल नहीं, फुल अपडेट करना चाहिए था।

जब मैंने समस्या को एस्केलेट करने की कोशिश की, तो एक घंटे में कॉल बैक का वादा किया गया, जो कभी नहीं आया। एक प्रतिनिधि ने कॉल तक डिस्कनेक्ट कर दी।

पूरा अनुभव अत्यंत निराशाजनक और समय की बर्बादी साबित हुआ। अमेज़न ने विक्रेताओं को एक अस्थिर और गैर-जिम्मेदार सपोर्ट सिस्टम के भरोसे छोड़ दिया है, जहां न कोई एस्केलेशन का तरीका है और न ही जवाबदेही। फ्लिपकार्ट जैसे प्लेटफ़ॉर्म कम से कम समाधान देते हैं और फीडबैक को महत्व देते हैं, लेकिन अमेज़न का रवैया लगातार उदासीन होता जा रहा है।

मैं पिछले दस वर्षों से अमेज़न पर अलग-अलग राज्यों में बिक्री कर रहा हूँ। ऐसे में यह अनुभव चिंताजनक है। नए विक्रेताओं के लिए स्थिति और भी हतोत्साहित करने वाली हो सकती है। और प्लेटफ़ॉर्म छोड़ना भी आसान नहीं है क्योंकि वेयरहाउस और GST से जुड़े वित्तीय दायित्व पहले से ही मौजूद हैं।

Amazon is deduction money from the balance very illegally, everyone should check the transactions to reveal this. We see every week marginal money gets deducted in various heads, some mentions cross settlement, other settlement, Amazon advisory fee (even though we have stopped the fraud ABA service, and still deduction done after 3 weeks now).

market is down and thats why i feel Amazon has taken route to steal money from seller account illegally.

we have complained to consumer forum for the same, case has been closed mentioning this is not a consumer account rather seller account. we are pushing own ecomerce rather than any further rely upon Amazon.

Also, point noting, any legal action requires bank transaction Id, in this case deduction done from amazon balance, which is not any bank , so no UTR. this is the safe GAME to loot indian sellers, chapter OFF. enough now.

AMAZON CHORI PE UTAR GAYA HAI fully.
