Thank you for your post. You can provide the manufactory invoices or descriptions that states that your products are silver plated only. Would you share the case ID please?

agree on this as it is artificial jewelry not real silver jewelry that need any certification , while people also use oxidized jewelry as silver jewelry in everyday language
