Amazon Shipment stuck in transit
Hi all,
Hoping for some help/reassurance. Sent amazon 3 pallets worth of stock to BHX4 and it was delivered on the 12th of December but it is still stuck in transit. After numerous checkins with amazon seller support, which have not been helpful at all, I was told to wait till the 24th of December and then till the 29th of December. After numerous emails and forwarding me to the 'correct team' I got an email yesterday and in that email it said
'I was able to verify that the shipment contents are being scanned and added to your inventory.'
So it appears they have confirmed they have it but its still stuck in transit and hasn't moved to Checked In and in the contents all items are still on 0 quantity scanned.
Later that evening they then asked for POD and then said the POD provided by palletonline (courier) is invalid as there is no amazon stamp. Looking at other discussions it seems amazon doesn't tend to stamp POD/BOLs anymore so no idea what to do with this?
Then today they have now asked for the Stamped BOL and invoice of the stock, do not see why this is relevant, especially as the prior statement by them confirms they have it?
I am aware there will be delays because of Christmas but we are now coming up to 3 weeks since delivery and its 3 pallets worth, is it likely this is now lost or will just take longer to be checked in?

Hi @Seller_WdIEti6lm58mc To let you know I shipped stock into BHX4 which was delivered on the 13th December However it only changed "receiving" yesterday.... They possibly have a back log.... So I wouldn't panic just yet. Has the shipment hit a timeframe where you can investigate?
