There is usually some kind of lingering problem that no one is aware of.
I understand that your product is generic and has no brand, but the problem still needs to be troubleshooted to see what Amazon believes.
What kind of notice did you receive? Can you copy and paste the wording of the infringement notice? Did you receive contact information on the person who reported it?

Hi there @Seller_NRvIC2chOZiKR,
I do hope this finds you well! I appreciate you utilizing the Seller Forums and bringing your question here.
I understand you have received an intellectual propertypolicy violation and are interested in how to address such a violation.
Amazon has two different types of intellectual property violations outside of general authenticity, which is considered intellectual property to a degree. Received intellectual property violations come directly from a rights owner or brand and sellers will generally receive rights owner information in the complaint ID. The details will come in a performance notification e-mail and also provides next steps. There are also suspected intellectual property policy violations, which are Amazon's proactive step to protect intellectual property for the brands registered via brand registry and other methods.
Which type of intellectual property violation is the one you received- received or suspected?
When it comes to a trademark violation, there are two ways to address these:
"Modify the product detail page or pages to ensure they do not infringe the trademark and then submit your appeal by going to the Account Health page.
or
If you believe your listing was removed in error, you may submit your appeal by going to the Account Health page. Please provide supporting documentation (e.g., letter of authorization, licensing agreement). We will then re-evaluate the notice, and your content may be reinstated."
As you have mentioned, your item is generic. I urge you to compare the listing details with that of the compatibility formats found here and below.
- Title format for branded compatible products
[Your Product’s Brand Name] + [Product Name] + "for"/”compatible with”/”fits”/”intended for” + [Brand of Main Product] + [Main Product Name] + (other product title elements, if applicable)
- Title format for generic compatible products
"Generic" + [Product Name] + "for"/”compatible with”/”fits”/”intended for” + [Brand of Main Product] + [Main Product Name] + (other product title elements, if applicable)
If you are the listing creator, I urge you to contact selling partner support and work with the team to update the product detail page to accurately reflect compatibility. If you are not the listing creator, you may still suggest changes to the product detail page. However, it cannot be guaranteed the changes will be accepted.
The third option here is to provide a letter of authorization for the trademark in question.
If you would not mind providing further clarification on the specific violation, the forums community and I may better support you.
I look forward to your reply,
Stevie
