Brand "soikoi" is hacking people's listings and editing the brand - Amazon Support is Clueless as Usual
Case ID: 15069488671
Complaint ID: 15076846251
Go search "soikoi" in the forum and you will see many people being hacked by this Chinese brand.
Your "Report abuse" tool is broken (it sends me an automated response when I try to report this within 1 second stating no abuse was found, I tried 10 times already), and amazon support is infuriatingly useless and clueless regarding this issue.
Please help us Amazon support does nothing they just give a generic response stating they are powerless to do anything.
We had this same issue a month ago with another hacker hacking the ASIN in question, and we were able to get it fixed, but now that support is worse than ever and your "Report abuse" tool is broken, it is impossible to fix it.
WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING CHINESE BRANDS TO EDIT AND RUIN PEOPLE'S LISTINGS?
HOW IS THIS BRAND NOT BANNED YET?

Despite the dubiously dastardly cartoon names like soikoi and Shroomov forming the base of this ddiscussion....
we would venture to say that Amazon is giving this seller the exact amount of attention as they care to....
search "soikoi" in the forum and you will see many people being hacked by this Chinese brand.
Thereby lays proof positive that Amazon is protecting another Chinese company whom they have cultivated- most likely also Amazon provided them with subsidized container shipments and lower or forgiven fees that the rest of us pay Amazon to make up for.

It is functioning as designed...

Nice how amazon censors replies of people who have the same problem with Chinese thieves.

hahaha........ by the way to all of you. Soikoi is a brand from Japan not China

Unfortunately there are little to no consequences for the Chinese sellers. Amazon wants us to turn into TEMU, all on the backs of US sellers. I believe that is their long term strategy.

I had commented this on a previous thread:
If you own the UPC's, create a case with your GS1 certificate as proof that the UPC's belong to your brand. It will be some back and forth for a while, but stay diligent and you can get it fixed.

Good Evening @Seller_Qg1FueblHU9RR,
I believe you created a duplicate discussion after you posted the first thread HERE regarding the same topic.
Please only create one thread per question as it can create confusion and duplicate work for the Support Staff. Additionally creating multiple threads on the same topic could be seen as spam on the forums and go against forums guidelines.
I will be closing out this thread in order to avoid duplicative work. Any additional updates will be provided on the original post HERE. Have a wonderful rest of the week.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
