Can't register to sell in the US as the option doesn't appear after my application was rejected

I'm from India, and my issue is that, I registered for selling in the US. I started the registration from the account switch thing which looks like this:

This was my first time doing something like this, so my application was rejected probably due of blurry documents, as i used my webcam for taking the pic which is not all that good. I though everything was visible so it would work. Im not sure whether this is the reason but my application was rejected. I got an email saying that my account could not be activated, and I would need to provide more document as they were not able to verify it. So I contacted support about what I did wrong and what additional document i need to submit as it was not written in the email or the website so I really had no idea. They told me that they can't pin point why my application failed buy told me to just follow the guidelines for registration the documents and that should do. When I logged into my seller central account, there was no option for moving further with my application/registration, and there was a notification at the top saying that my registration failed. Below that notification, there is a button to close/redo (I don't remember) the registration. I clicked on it to redo the registration, this time with good quality camera. However This took me back to the account selecting thing, the picture of which i posted just on top here. I was expecting this as this is how I started the registration the first time. But this time around there was not an option for the US (As you can see in the picture, USA is not in the list). Therefore I'm unable start the registration to sell in the US.
I have been trying to reach out to support since morning and they just give me some links which keep taking me to this account selecting thing (Picture up top). Since my issue is related to US account, which i don't see in the list, I'm unable to get even proper help or heard. Some of the link show me an error message: here is a screen shot:

I have no idea what to do at this point. Amazon support is not really helping me, I even had a chat, which didn't really work as they keep telling the same thing, to follow the guide lines, but I can't register if I don't see USA in that link. I need to select that account to redo my registration to sell in the US. I have all the documents. I think my that account is being blocked for some reason, probably because my registration failed, but like it was my first try, it's normal that I could make a mistake while registering.
My issue is that I can't redo my registration because I don't see a USA in that list of options to select from.
Please help me, this forum is my last hope as I have been exploring everything and support since morning.
