Sales Channels
Good morning everyone. I have two 2 questions I would be grateful if you could shed some light on please?
Question 1 - I have a order showing as ‘shipping’ in My Orders. This is Fulfilment method: Amazon and Sales channel: Non-Amazon. This is not showing on the homepage summary as an order, only when I click into All Orders. What is a Non-Amazon channel order? Why is it not showing in my order numbers for today in either transaction numbers of cost of sales?
Question 2 - After seeing the above order, I double checked my settings. Following a previous issue with a FBA order that was purchased by Amazon and sent to France, I (to my knowledge) disabled all possibilities of this happening again. However, when i have checked, a number of the sections were enabled. Do these setting reset, for some reason, and need regular checking to make sure everything stays disabled?

I presume if FBA its either a removal order or a MCF order

This does not show up when I click in orders, but only when I click in All orders

So, I have clicked and it is a removal order, although I have not activated a removal order. The disposition is sellable and the condition is new.

Unless there’s a legal or licensing reason for not selling abroad, why would you want to disable that facility?
