Check-in POC1 warehouse and not receiving

Our FBA shipment arrived and check-in POC1 FBA warehouse for more than 12 days and still not start receiving, can anyone help?

I know it's not ideal to hear, but sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, including high volume.

That said, if you can please send me your shipment ID and case IDs for this, I'd be happy to take a further look into that shipment to make sure everything's on the right track.
