Amazon will only accept a pending USPTO trademark if it was filed by a law firm provider that participate in the Amazon IP Accelerator program.
Otherwise you will have to wait until the trademark is actually approved by the USTPO.

One thought: if my company is a registered seller and has passed business verification on the seller side, how does it not pass business verification on the brand registry side?
