do two steps:
1) Find your local amazon warehouse, visit there and give your product. Request the in-charge to collect the orders in time.
2) contact amazon seller help line and ask your delivery partner change form.

visit your nearest courier hub and try to make friendly communication with them exchange your number with owner and specially with the courier partner who serve your area specifically (sometimes they hesitate to come to your doorstep to pickup due to the extra distance in initial time incentives them by reaching to them if they don't come to your places and try to make some kind of bond by talking to them extra politely and after that when number of order increases they'll try to serve you accordingly as per your dealing and behaviour with them) I tried this method now if I miss sometimes they even help me to ship the product outside the said time frame i.e if I'm not able to pack order on time they will say like " koi baat nhi bhai ji sham tk de Dena"
