Product not searched on Amzon with the ASIN using amazon search box
Hi,
Recently I noticed that many of the ASIN is not searchable on amazon using amazon search box while my listing following all the style guideline. when I created some cases for different different ASIN’s support have below answers.
- Kindly upload the Safety Data Sheet providing the details of the Hazmat status of the product. While I am dealing in only ceramic products.
- I’ve gone through the investigation and found that listing has been removed/suppressed due to image related issue.while product main image already in while background. but here amazon not apply this on big sellers.
- I would like to inform you that we are aware some customers are having issues with search results, and we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We’ve posted a Technical Notification on the Seller Central home page, and we will update that message periodically until this issue is resolved.
I have lots of listing and now I need to check each of the listing. I wonder to know how amazon doing like that. we sellers invest lots of money to purchase products and later suddenly our top sailing asin’s suppressed. recently in seller central 625 active products but on the website only 272 products is showing. many times we sent lots of inventory to FBA.
other sellers please share your feedback on this if you have any information.

We are also facing same issue with the top selling ASIN only. And customer support team is saying same as in point no.4.
Today only we just shipped large quantity to FBA. and observed this issue. If this is not resolved then its a huge loss for us. Listing is active but not searchable on amazon search even with exact same title and ASIN.
And being a small business with difficult time doing business due to COVID-19.
I feel amazon shall provide quick resolution to this issue.

We are also facing same issue.
Our top selling listings are not searchable on amazon.in. even if you type exact title, asin, brand name or keyword. Nothing is working. Listing is active in my manage inventory. Also if go to listing through direct link one can purchase the product.
But its not appearing in search results nomatter whatever you do.
This means you will not receive orders. And will loose sales and rank too.
Contacted seller support, they are saying there is some technical issues and we will get back to you once its resolved.
I think amazon should act on this immediately. With this i feel like partiality by amazon because other listings are active only few are impacted due to this issue.
Again i have recently invested money in the product because it was top selling product.
If this issue is not resolve. Then i will be in huge loss. And it will imapact the small sellers like us.
Hope that amazon understand this thing at least in these difficult times of COVID-19 pandemic.

I’m facing the same issue due to which my sales volume also suffered. Amazon should understand that every day has its own operational cost. Amazon should compensate for this loss on daily margin basis. We do a lot to maintain performance matrics and to cheers Amazon’s customer

we are also facing the same issue our top selling ASIN are not discoverable to buyers nor showing on my seller panel. i have updated all my listing according to amazon guidelines but still not visible to the buyers. Same issue with our listings as well. Our highest selling ASIN has disappeared from Search, raised a ticket.
