Archived campaigns cannot be enabled or copied once they have been archived. They remain available in the ads console if needed for future reference, but if you are looking to duplicate the archived campaign, you will need to create a new campaign or copy an active or paused campaign.

We suggest setting campaigns to Paused instead of Archived if you are planning to utilize the campaign again.
