I am a seller on your marketplace, and I have encountered a serious issue with my account management. Orders were not forwarded to me properly, resulting in cancellations, for which I have been heavily charged. When I tried to resolve the issue with my account manager, she was rude and unhelpful, and now no one from the team is responding to my calls. I would like to request your assistance in reviewing and rectifying the situation.
