Hello,
For some reason amazon wants to re-verify identity to comply with with the INFORM Consumers Act. This was done last year and everything was accepted and verified. Now account is suspended and cannot submit documentation or even ask for help or phone call using the help tab. Any action taken directs to this message "You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated". Again cannot used the help tab as it displays the message that account is inactive.
Any help by customer service will be appreciated,
