Is anyone facing problem with fake reviews. Few of my customers who seem to be sent by competitors are leaving fake reviews and returning the product.

I dont know how to tackle them as I raised multiple cases with Seller Central support team but every-time they gives a generic response and closes my complaint inspite of me sharing them all the possible evidence I could gather.

Can anyone help as I am loosing my ranking and ratings due to this problem, eventually leading to losses.
