DpD SFP major issues with parcel delivery

Hi guys.

I have major issues with SFP parcels shipped after 14/09 when there was a glitch on DPD buy shipping labels.

Lots of parcels are returning to me with no reason, customers are receiving emails that parcels are lost, despite the fact orders are still awaiting for collections. Tracking numbers are invalid and cannot be verified with DpD. Lots of parcels just stucked DpD depots and not moving - what is going on? Around 400 parcels have been affected. Onboarding team has confirmed issues and are resolving. Also today I have received lots of other seller parcels,most likely returns, but with my address on them.

Anyone else is affected? Any information or updates?

We have also had the exact same issue with over 80 parcels being affected. There is no update from Amazon or DPD so far other than the blame on another. Its totally unacceptable as our metrics will not doubt be affected.

Is anyone else still facing issues ? So far its orders from Thursday last week to Monday. We are 20K down in the red and feedback has been affected as well as the metrics. DPD have gone nothing to say and SS hasnt responded with any advice either.

have amazon or dpd given you any solution who will pay for shipping both ways?

We have same issues and I don't think it's been fixed.

We will try to use another courier but the choices for SFP is limited.

Amazon should not just rely 1 courier for oversize parcel and should give choices for the seller to choose from.

Hello Sellers!

From September 14th to September 18th, duplicated tracking IDs were erroneously generated for some DPD UK shipping labels purchased through Buy Shipping. This may have impacted some of the Merchant Fulfilled (MFN) and Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) orders you shipped with DPD during the aforementioned period. The issue was resolved last week and no orders after the 19th of September were impacted. If you had deactivated Seller Fulfilled Prime, you can now reactivate it and continue shipping with DPD UK.

DPD UK are in the process of re-labelling impacted shipments and have visibility on the new tracking IDs. We expect orders to be delivered by end of this week. Please keep in mind that the tracking available in Seller Central may not indicate the actual delivery status.

Customer support is advising customers to wait for delivery of the items. At this stage, please do not refund customers on affected orders. We will come back to you with next steps when we have an update.

In case of any questions - please open a case with Seller Support.
