Order received on December 30th. It's a Saturday. December 31st. Sunday. January 1st, a global holiday. Shipped and picked up on January 2nd. This is the message with their A to Z from customer service, which of course they granted right away.
This is from Amazon tracking.
"Wed, Jan 10, 2024, 5:00 PM PST Package delayed in transit
Tue, Jan 2, 2024, 6:29 AM PST Carrier picked up the package."
No delivery or update. I would imagine it's lost.
"The customer has not received their package and our records indicate you shipped this order after the maximum handle time."
We got dinged on our ODR, and the money was refunded to the customer. What are we missing here? We appealed with the information we have and it was denied. Does using Amazon shipping not give us any benefits anymore?

That is created as soon as you print the label. It's not an actual "in possession" scan from the post office. So there was no actual scan within the ship by window and you are on the hook for this one....
