Browse Node Issue

For context: I work for a wholesaler. We list our products to our inventory with 0 stock so our retailers can sell on Amazon. We, the wholesaler, do not sell on Amazon.

Does anyone know how to fix a browse node issue? Randomly, one of my listings, became search suppressed due to a browse node issue and i'm not sure what to change on my listing. The listing is a shoe and only one size is showing search suppressed. They are all under the same category.
