product not available and is already active

Hello. I'm asking for help figuring out why my item is listed as "not available for sale, unknown if back in stock" on Amazon. The entire shipping process has already been completed without any negative news and Amazon logistics has already put the units in inventory, also in Amazon Seller Central my product appears as "Active".

You mentioned in another thread that you're in Colombia. That's likely the reason your product is appearing as unavailable for you.

Since you're selling in the US Marketplace, try entering any US zip code in the delivery location on the product detail page. You should then see your listing.

Hi there @Seller_0Aoquv5HG9L4J- thanks for posting this to forums! I see other sellers in this thread have provided some helpful insight as to why this might be occurring. Is the "not available for sale, unknown if back in stock" message showing through the same marketplace that you are selling it on?

Further, if seller central shows the inventory as active, then it should be available for sale on the site. If not, it might become necessary to create a case with seller support for direct troubleshooting. If the item is inactive, closed, there are steps here you can take to relist the item.
