Hello, I have an example where a customer requested a refund via message while the Order was dispatched the day prior.
customer managed to refuse the parcel during delivery however, she is now requesting a full refund including the Shipping costs of $14.50 . despite that order was canceled late and the shipping costs were utilized to dispatch the product from the UK to US
I have opened a case with the support team but they said to go for a Safety-T claim. but when I fill out safe-T claims. I am not eligible...
Any help is much appreciated!

Tatiana from Amazon here. I can understand the confusion with this order and what the correct next steps are. Can you tell me if you have a return address in the US or if it's set to a location in the UK? Additionally, does the outbound tracking show that package is on it's way back to you? And did the seller request the return through their orders page after refusing the delivery?
If your return address is in the UK, then the order will not likely be eligible for a Safe-T claim at any point. Only orders with a domestic return address will be eligible for Safe-T claims. You can learn more about that here.
If the tracking shows that the package is on it's way back to you, then you can complete the refund when the package arrives back to you.
You can also provide the order ID to me and I will take a closer look.
