discussion.I have some bad reviews that are given to my product about three years ago. Most of the reviews are about part of my product breaking easily, but under normal conditions it doesn't. But anyway I decided to upgrade the part to make it more stronger and since then the bad review about strength drop exponentially. But the old reviews still lingers and pictures of the bad reviews don't actually represent the current upgraded form. I contacted the" Community" but no help there... what can I do to remove those reviews

According to the Amazon rules, unfortunately, there is nothing you can do.
According to the Amazon rules, if your product changes, you should make a new listing. Meaning you will start with 0 reviews once again.

The help page I linked above provides the answer to your question in two different paragraphs.
Will Amazon delete reviews after a certain time? No. As long as a product is listed on Amazon, its reviews will continue to appear. We do, however, remove reviews that violate our guidelines. Buyers can also remove their own reviews.
Will reviews be deleted when an upgraded product comes out, such as a new model, fixed issues, or software upgrades? No. Any information a buyer provides could be helpful to other buyers.
