Labeling a Pallet as a big box for a single sku pallet FBA
Hi, is there a final word on this issue? We are trying to send a pallet with 200 units of the same SKU. Can we just treat the pallet as a box and put the box label right next to the pallet label?
I would think that would work, but then don't you run into the issue that no box can be over 50 lbs or over 25 inches on any side? I've heard different answers to that question. Some say that this box dim/weight requirement does not apply to LTL shipments. However, in Send to Amazon, if we try to put a weight greater than 50 lbs, it gives us an error.
I saw a thread where some guy emailed seller support and the support agent explicitly told him to put the pallet label next to the box label on the outside of the pallet and that all this was ok.
Just trying to get a concrete answer to this issue. If we were able to put the box label on the outside, that would save our team a lot of time.

Hi, have you ever gotten an answer to this? I'm having the same problem. We're sending 20 large items of the same SKU on a pallet to for FBA and I'm being stopped by this box question. Our items will not be in an overpack box at all and just like you, if I enter the pallet as a "box" I'm told it's too heavy.
