In order to sell diapers, which are located within the baby category, approval from Amazon to sell in the category may be required. You may also encounter the need to receive authorization from the brand of diaper in question, and provide that authorization to Amazon if needed.

This help page advises within the list of requirements in order to sell children's products: "A Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) from the domestic manufacturer or importer for the ASIN(s) that you are applying to list" - though I'd recommend reviewing the entire list to make sure you are prepared.
