Error Code 5665
So I have the dreaded error code 5665 and I’m currently banging my head against a brick wall with Amazon.
The item we have listed and sold for the last 4+ years without an issue but on Weds we got a food safety violation/notice which we appealed and it was reinstated within a couple of hours but that’s when the fun began.
I needed to reactive the listing but I keep getting the 5665 code. Amazon told me to delete the listing and create a new one after 24 hours which I did but I can’t create a new listing as it keeps giving me the 5665 code.
I’ve emailed SS numerous times to be in a never-ending loop but they can’t get their head around the fact that the listing has, incorrectly, got the ‘brand’ as being UNKNOWN and no matter what I say and how many times I send images of the packaging inc barcode showing the correct brand they won’t alter it nor allow me to list against it.
I can’t afford just to give up as we have 1500 stranded units now in FBA so any help would be appreciated.
