You cannot list as new on Amazon even if they are new because you do not have an invoice from the BRAND MANUFACTURER. A receipt is not an invoice. Amazon will deactivate your account and you will never be allowed to sell on Amazon again. Try selling the items on Eb8y.

You don't understand the law. These products have requirements. One of them is that (at the very least) the UPC code has to be cut out prior to resale. Places like Target, require any and all markings referring to Target to be removed. NONE of those items can legally still be sold as new, as the manufacturer/authorized retailer liquidated them. They are no longer controlled, or backed, by the brand.

OPn Amazon this is also a policy violation that will cost you more money than you made.

the simple answer - you are better off selling on Facebk and the Bay for returns and other misc stuff you bought

In addition to what's been shared above, if these are sourced via FBA liquidations liquidators are contractually restricted from selling that product on Amazon. Either way those products are unable to be sold as new on the platform.
