Subscription fee.
I sell handmade on here, so the subscription fee is waived, but I sent some stock to the UK to be sold MCF and was charged £30+ ($39.99 equivalent) subscription fee.
My understanding is that sellers would only pay $39.99 a month no matter how many marketplaces they sell in (split between them), so if my fee is waived, that should be $0.
Have I misunderstood something?

Hey @Seller_wC0YseOohUrlJ, yes indeed, as a Handmade seller you can sell in any of our marketplaces without being charged the professional plan fee.
Please contact Handmade Support to ask for this refund.
Also, when opened your store in the UK marketplace did you follow the steps in this help page?
