Amazon Will not remove my FBA inventory after 6 months - Please help
Do you have any suggestions on how to remove my inventory from Amazon FBA unfulfillable inventory in a timely manner?
We have opened 12 cases surrounding 4 high ticket items that have been returned by the customer but not removed by Amazon back to us (the seller) in over 7 months since the return date.
We create a removal order from inventory, the removal order status stays pending for months, then eventually cancels. and then the inventory takes more time to become "available for removal". It is frustrating and we were not anticipating taking a full loss on expensive inventory.
Escalating via Amazon seller support case does not help after 10+ attempts to figure out when this will come.back or get a reimbursement for what seems to be lost/ missing inventory. We need help with this problem! please send any tips or tricks. thank you
