Go to Setting > Account Overview
Under Account Overview you get STORE STATUS on screen
Just next to STORE STATUS a clicable link "Vacation Settings" Click that link then next page open with EDIT button.
Click & SAVE

Please let them know that you have followed the usual steps to remove vacation mode so that they don't need to ask you to try this. A screenshot of the vacation page may also be helpful to them. They will review your account and contact the appropriate team for assistance and update you when they receive more information.
