Pricing and Add to Cart Button Missing on Search Results Page
Hi everyone,
Just a couple weeks ago, I posted my first listing. I sold a few units with no issues, until I noticed a couple days ago that the pricing and ‘add to cart’ button was missing from the search results page. Upon further inspection, I discovered that if I click on the listing, I’m then able to click a “See All Buying Options” button, and from there I can finally see pricing and add to cart. I obviously don’t want the customer to have to go through all these extra steps just to add my product to their cart, though. When I contacted Seller Support about the issue, they were of little help as per usual. Does anybody have any experience with this issue? Any help is highly appreciated! The ASIN is B0C7313BX5 and I’ve included some helpful screenshots.

Hi - I dealt with a similar challenge several months back after selling on AMZ for years. We had always been the "featured offer" but out of nowhere (literally overnight) we lost the "buy box" for multiple items. After opening multiple cases that didn't resolve anything, it turned out that there were words in the item description as well as the product details. One example was having "Made in the USA" in the bullet points. Through many days/weeks of trial and error, once I removed this, the next day, that item was once again the "featured offer".
I would definitely go through your description, vital info, and more details with a fine tooth comb and look for any conflicting info or redundancy. Also, you will need to remain in competitive pricing with other sellers that are pushing similar items. For example, if you sell your product for $20 and other sellers are pricing their same or similar item for significantly less than that, you will definitely lessen your chances of being the featured offer. I had to lower the price by $1.00 on an item and once I did this, the item was the featured offer.

In this instance, Seller Support actually provided a pretty decent reply and directed you to some helpful topics in Seller Help. Read through them to see if you can make any improvements to regain the Buy Box.
@Seller_Ej9F0gKcyVb1R also gave some good advice.

Hey @Seller_Td7GbvQcfSWol, you've gotten some solid advice from other sellers on this thread - I won't re-link you to the help pages that Seller Support did, but yes, the reason you are seeing the "see all buying options" section here is related to Featured Offers. If you have any further questions on eligibility, etc, then feel free to post again!
