metal id section errors
hoping someone can assist me.
I am adding a new product (gold jewellery earrings) suddenly the metal id section has become required to submit a product.
I keep getting the error code, The value specified is invalid for the below.
The issue is any info i put in is not being accepted, does anyone have an example that they can provide that is accepted by amazon.
Honestly lately its a nightmare to add a product on amazon

Hey @Seller_y2bpyuOTbbb8A, are you trying to list in the Jewelry category? If so, this help page goes in depth defining the different attributes for the category, and the link to download the Jewelry data requirements file that's in this help page also describes valid values. I don't see Metal ID in the Jewelry attributes, but you can alternatively try adding your product via inventory file upload!
