Amazon kyc issue
When I contacted Amazon I got this response "KYC status is marked as "in progress" which is a requirement to proceed. Please work directly with your Payment Service Provider to complete 100% of KYC information - once this information is shared with Amazon by the Payment Service Provider, the error message will be removed and you will be able to proceed"
after that when I contacted Payoneer I got this response " I understand, I want to tell you that every time we raise the KYC (Know Your Customer) level, it is when you provide documentation.
You have already provided the necessary documentation so that your KYC level is 25, (25 is our maximum level).
You do not have any outstanding requirements from our side.
Now you could contact them and tell them that your KYC level from Payoneer is complete.
and "In this case after review I can see that the KYC (Know Your Customer) in Payoneer is in level full.
So, in this case you need to reach Amazon Support because upon checking in Payoneer side is everthing okay and ready to receive payments from them."

I understand that you're using the Payment Service Provider program to get paid through Payoneer but your KYC remains "in progress". I also see you contacted the service provider and they mentioned no further actions are required from their end.
Looking in our help pages regarding this program, I confirmed it can take up to 24 hours for your participating PSP’s KYC review result to be published on Amazon.
Additionally, please know that if you made changes to your bank account, there is a mandatory three-day security hold before any changes to bank account information take effect.Transfers of funds cannot be initiated until after that period, which starts on the date you submit your new bank account information in your seller account.
