Product has been identified as one that contains the prescription-only drug ingredient bimatoprost or isopropyl cloprostenate
One of my beauty products was misidentified as a drug containing bimatoprost or isopropyl cloprostenate. Our products do not contain bimatoprost or isopropyl cloprostenate or any other prescription drug ingredients.
Amazon asked me to upload images of a package containing the ingredient list to the detail page, and I did it.
I automatically received a response saying: "We are unable to reactivate your ASINs at this time... Recommended changes to make: Please upload an image of the product packaging that clearly shows your ingredient list on the product detail page. Please note that the ingredient list must be on the product packaging."
I think the response is automated and no one was able to verify the uploaded images.
How can I fix this problem if they keep responding with the same response to upload the ingredient list to the list?
If you can help me my case is ID: 15744913091

It would appear that on 8/11/24 you provided a more clear image of the ingredient list which was requested, our review team advised that your information is pending review, at this time I can confirm the appropriate teams are involved in the review at this time. At this is the correct teams, I advise continuing to monitor this case and your performance notifications as you should receive communication once they make a decision.
