FBA to dispose of stranded sellable inventory
My ASIN which is under review for CPC and CPSIA (child safety data sheet) is now past 30 days... because these products were stranded while waiting for Amazon to approve the safety data sheet now all my inventory is being disposed of. This is going to be $50k worth of inventory. I tried reaching out to support to just have them return the items to me. They told me its too late they cant cancel it. Its only been 2 hours and its still "pending"
is there a certain department I can reach out to directly?

A required removal cannot be cancelled after creation. Unsuitable units will be removed on your behalf in accordance with your Automated unfulfillable settings. If you have not configured these settings, your unsuitable inventory will be disposed of at Amazon’s earliest discretion based on capacity. I would recommend adjusting your settings to have required removals sent back to you to avoid a situation such as this in the future.
