"I submitted my request for the brand registry a couple days ago,"

Was this a response to the advice that @Jim_Amazongave you on a similar post from two weeks ago?

EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.

Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.

For Brand Registry three weeks is getting pretty close to resolution time in MOST cases though some take even longer.

It can take hours/ days for a status change to filter through the gerbil tubes and broken links on Amazon.

I've taken a look into the updated case and can see that a second case (16703610681) was somehow generated off the first one! That one was also rejected for the same reason as the first so my suggestion to you is the same as the other thread! It appears you are putting products within the Suggested ASIN section of the application that do not match the brand you're applying for. This will get flagged by the enrollment team and cause a rejection so I recommend just leaving it blank when you reapply.
